Inner Fire Yoga is my "HAPPY PLACE," so I'm thrilled to welcome others into this amazing studio from behind the front desk for a few hours each week. When I'm not practicing Hot Yoga or attending a Slow Flow & Yin class (my favorites!), you'll likely find me outdoors walking with our five dogs (three Australian Shepherds and two Whippets) or cuddling inside with them and a glass of wine.

I'm a mother to Rachel, a beautiful young woman who currently lives in Montana, and Jack, a handsome young man heading off to college in the fall of 2018. During the week, I work at Sauk Point Veterinary Clinic as a Client Services Representative, so I get to see furry friends all day long!

My plate is overflowing, so I'm blessed to have a regular yoga practice at Inner Fire to help me strike a healthy balance.
