I began practicing yoga on a regular basis in 2008 as a compliment to running and cycling. As my practice evolved, I began to understand the power of the breath in connecting the mind, body and spirit together.

As a financial professional, it’s been helpful to bring yoga to the workplace. I use the techniques taught in class to bring clarity and peace to my day. Throughout my professional career, I have enjoyed helping others grow personally & professionally and see yoga as another way to help others find their true purpose in life.

I completed my 200-hour and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Certification at Inner Fire Yoga and am registered with National Yoga Alliance. I enjoy studying the rich history of yoga and utilizing anatomy and alignment tools in my yoga practice and classes. I enjoy teaching Vinyasa flow, Yin and Hot yoga. My desire is for you to realize the true benefits of a consistent practice.
