I offer sequences that give students the freedom to explore their individual practice in a judgment-free environment. As a yoga teacher, and as a physical therapist, my goal is to decrease pain, while improving functional and life-long mobility, strength and balance. All-level and all-age students are encouraged to come and explore some playful sequences.

I stepped into my first hot yoga class at Inner Fire Yoga, in 2009, I made the intention to practice yoga every day for 2 weeks. I struggled through the first week, postures were awkward, breath was labored, and sweat was an uncomfortable distraction. The second week was more enjoyable, not easy, but setting a 2-week intention created a sense of purposeful practice that I maintain a decade later. My advice for new students is to practice with intention.
