Inner Fire Yoga ReceptionistMy journey with yoga began during my freshman year at UW-Milwaukee. I had never done yoga before, but I joined a campus workout club and decided to try a hot yoga class. That first class was challenging, but I left feeling both calm and energized—I was instantly hooked.
Since then, yoga has become more than just exercise for me. It’s helped me build strength, reduce stress, and stay grounded during college. It’s the one workout that truly helps my mind and body feel their best.
