Happy Holidays Inner Fire Yogis!

Just one and a half years have passed since reopening after the pandemic shutdown. To be honest, it feels more like 3 years. That’s because we continue to slowly “work our way back” (the turtle wins the race!).

First, here’s what I’m grateful for this holiday season:

  • You!

  • Inner Fire Yoga’s stellar yoga teachers and management staff

  • Hot yoga on a cold day

  • Prana/Breath/Life

  • Inner Fire Yoga in all of its glory and pain

  • Hot chocolate and warms hugs (including from the pups of course)

Thank you all SO much for practicing yoga in our wonderful, warm community! Without you we wouldn’t be here now, continuing to work to bring this extremely effective healing modality to our community.

Because we (the management and teachers) continue to work diligently to constantly REACH HIGHER, Inner Fire Yoga is just now turning the corner post-pandemic (phew). I fully expect 2023 to be the year of getting back to BURNING BRIGHTLY in close to the same manner as we did pre-pandemic (acknowledging that much has changed in a permanent way). Honestly, as the owner, it has been a long haul with great sacrifice and effort. Yet I am feeling more hopeful and encouraged than I have in long time.🙌

Your patronage and support of Inner Fire Yoga continues to be essential. During this holiday season and into the new year, you can support us not just by regularly practicing yoga, but also by bringing friends and family to class with you (use those member guest passes), or by sharing with everyone how good you feel after a hot and sweaty yoga class at our awesome studios🙂

I wish for you and yours to have a terrific holiday season and a New Year 2023 filled with good health, contentment and yoga!

See you on the mat 🤗💖🕉
