I came to the practice of yoga many years ago as a way to accentuate meditation. Along the way, I have realized enumerable benefits of a dedicated yoga practice. I became physically stronger, emotionally grounded, and more self-aware. I decided to become a yoga instructor in 2012, and I’ve made teaching one of my life’s devotions. When you visit my classes, you can expect to receive caring, compassionate guidance that seeks to strengthen the connection between mind, body, and spirit. My style promotes mindful presence, self-acceptance, and inner peace. Having experienced for myself and witnessed in others the transformative power of yoga, I am happy to continue simply sharing and holding space for fellow yogis.
