My love for yoga started in 2014, during my Freshman year of college. All throughout high school I played competitive soccer and volleyball. After playing sports at such a high level my entire life, I looked for something to fill this void in college. I tried yoga at Inner Fire and instantly fell in love. As a college student, I understand the difficulty that comes with motivating yourself to workout and how hard it is to find a type of exercise that you enjoy. Furthermore, college can be an extremely stressful time. For me, yoga is the perfect balance of intense exercise and mind-clearing therapy that any college student, or person in general, can benefit from. Because of this, I wanted to dive deeper, so I decided to take part in Inner Fire Yoga’s 200-hour teacher training program, specializing in Power and Inner Fire Flow. My goal as an instructor is to provide the highest quality of exercise and balance that you might seek. I hope to push you to your limits while inspiring you to go further and break whatever boundaries you might have for yourself. I look forward to sharing my love and passion for yoga with you all.
