JESS CLARK

I discovered yoga in a book, as yoga was unknown in the rural town where I grew up. I found solace and strength following yogic teachings. Throughout the years I have been fortunate to find teachers who support my practice and help me find myself. I respect yoga; the power of intentional practice, the experience of our breath, and the journey we are each on. Yoga brings joy and possibility. It centers my mind and leaves me feeling strong and capable. As a teacher I work to create an inclusive space for all students and be a supportive voice throughout. My classes are strong yet uncomplicated, focus on connecting to our breath, and create space for what we most need in our lives. My background is a bit all over, but I can say that yoga is where my heart is and I am beyond grateful to be able to bring that to others.
