I grew up in Eau Claire, WI and began practicing yoga in my early teens as a complement to my dance training. When I started working Front Desk and Child Care at Latitude 44 Yoga Studio (the studio that I still consider my yoga home) in 2017, I became immersed in my practice and loved being surrounded by the positive energy and community of a yoga studio. After experiencing the incredible impact that yoga had on my life, I began to realize that I wanted to share it with others.
I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training at Alley Cat Yoga in Tomah, WI in June 2018 under the instruction of Ashley Hagen and Dave Frenz and have been teaching ever since. I enjoy practicing and teaching many styles of yoga, but I especially love classes based around vinyasa flows and being able to craft creative sequences and transitions. My hope is that every person leaves my class feeling more confident, stronger, and at peace with themselves. I always look forward to not only teaching my students, but learning new things from each and every one of them. When I’m not on my mat, you can find me working towards a Communication Arts degree at UW-Madison!
