Ang believes that the practices of yoga provide us with a path or way of being that brings us back to our inherent wholeness. Her classes are meant to be an invitation to tune into, “What’s happening right now? What most needs our attention?” Angie weaves her background in yoga therapy, somatic movement, and mindfulness practices to offer intentional practices that create space, invite balance, explore strength, and encourage curiosity. Throughout practice, she reminds us of the importance of honoring our experience whether that means incorporating props, exploring modifications, or pushing your edge.
In addition to teaching around town, Ang is currently working towards her 800-hour Yoga Therapist Certification. Additionally, she co-facilitates 200-hour Wellness & Yoga Teacher Trainings for Educators, which she has been doing around the country for the past 3+ years. She’s been practicing for 10 years and teaching for six years. Ang has always loved to read, write, discuss everything wellness-related and can’t wait to explore these practices with you soon.
